Hello! So glad you found us- I’m Megan Hufgard, the founder of The Picnic Professionals. I live in Columbia Falls, MT and spend most of my free time exploring the beautiful mountains, rivers, and alpine lakes that surround us here. I adore a dreamy picnic setup – the perfect activity to relax in nature, sip some wine, and take in beautiful views. I’m all about celebrating life and making everything from special occasions to ordinary days the most memorable! Let me help you plan the most aesthetically pleasing picnic where all you have to do is show up and enjoy!

What’s Included with every Picnic:
- Small Wood Picnic Table, Blanket & Pillows
- Seasonal florals – yours to keep after
- Small Plates, Vintage Colored Glasses, Cloth Napkins
- Table Runner & Candles
- Complementary Sparkling Water and Bottle of Prosecco
- Two hours of uninterrupted Picnic Time
- Setup, Tear Down, Cleanup
- Serving plates available upon request
Base Price = $350 (for up to 4 people)
- More then 4 People = $25 additional per person
- Services in Glacier National Park = $50 additional for travel time/park access
- Professional Photography of event = $100 additional (includes a minimum of 15 fully edited professional photos)
- Food can be provided at cost. We can provide takeout recommendations (we will pick up for you and deliver with the setup) or we have partnered with Crave Charcuterie to offer charcuterie boards. You are also welcome to bring your own food.
Grab and Go Picnic Rental Option:
For those on the go who want to pack light this is a great option for you. We provide just the basics for a quaint picnic setup in a easy to carry tote. You can pick it up on your way into Glacier National Park – we are located right on Hwy 2 just past Columbia Falls. You setup this picnic wherever you’d like. Return drop off is easy – anytime before midnight day of rental.
